It’s been a while since I posted and I am trying to baby-step-it back in. Let’s start things the easy way. My breakfast from today: two eggs over easy, sprouted grain toast, and well-done hash browns from Hearty Kitchen in West Hartford. Oh, and a side of Mike’s waffle with berry compote. I respect any breakfast place that serves real maple syrup, and Hearty Kitchen’s is local Connecticut syrup too boot. They have a lot of kinks to work out in service, but the food was great.
