Of all the places in the state, the Danbury area has gotten the least amount of love from Connecticut Day Trips, a situation I plan to rectify right now. Today is the first in a series of posts on Farmers Markets in Connecticut, and rather than list them alphabetically, I’m going to go through the different regions to highlight markets, starting with the fair city of Danbury, CT. These markets may not be directly in the city-proper, but they are close enough that if you’re day tripping in the area, you can certainly stop by and sample some of the local goods.
